Things to consider during pairing process

1. Pairing process

1. Make sure your device is online with a tag or an external source connected to it.

2. You need a peering ID to start with the process, printed in the device hardware.

3. Please do not refresh the Sensorbee Portal during the pairing process to properly pair your device successfully.

4. Please wait for the device to respond during the pairing process, if device takes time to respond, do the following if needed:

5. Restart the device manually by reconnecting the power source

6. Remove and insert the tags connected from the device ports

2. Tags

1. Make sure sensor is attached to the base unit correctly

2. Failure to detect the tag/s, please contact Sensorbee support immediately.
