Report Tab

Simplified process of exporting reports from the portal, in order to enhance the user experience especially when dealing with reports that have multiple pages. This would allow users to download all report pages as one. To further understand the process, kindly refer below:

Select time range, then choose what installation ID you would like to get a report and click the search button to view installation data.

You will receive notifications once download is executed and exported successfully.

This will tell you that a background process in the server is preparing your file for download. After a few seconds or minutes, you will be notified that the file is ready for download.

For example: Polling is 5m and Posting is 3x, so that means every 15mins the base unit is expected to post 3 datasets. 1 Application Firmware - String The application firmware version of the base unit. 2.0.5+23 Modem Firmware - String The modem firmware version of the base unit. mfw_nrf9160_1.3.1 BLE Firmware - String The BLE firmware version of the base unit.
