Account Settings

Any information relating to your Sensorbee account including account no., email address, first and last names, and time zone. You can also set up your mobile number and reset your password if needed.

Notes:

General Settings:

• Account No. can be used to retrieve logs in case customer needs support.

• Email address

  • Verification upon registration will be sent over to this email address

  • Needed when logging into Sensorbee Portal Account

  • Sensors' Tag Alerts will be sent to user's Email Address

  • Users cannot replace their Email address once created.

• First and Last Names should be provided in the registration process, although users can still edit their names from the account page.

• Time zone only has four options as of now:

  • Germany

  • Philippines

  • Sweden

  • France

  • United Kingdom

Mobile Settings:

• Contact

  • You need to verify your contact number to be able to received an active alert coming from a sensor tag being used.

  • Sensors' Tag Alerts will be sent to user's contact number once set up correctly

Security Setting:

• Password can be changed if needed for security purposes.
